What Kind of Document Comes Out of the Initial Research?
The document includes the problem areas of the old site and a proposal for the structure of the new site, the functions to be included and little bit SEO audit. A total of approximately one digital a4 sheet of preliminary reflection before we launch the project.
Including proposal on the timing of the project kick-off meeting.
What You Can Provide to Support the Research
Give a little background on why the website project is topical or is there a need for a new website at all. What improvements or problems have been identified? On what channels have customers found the site so far?
Do the goals include gaining contacts, product demonstrations, maintaining a corporate image, increasing sales, digitizing services, communicating, recruiting, serving as a business card, or something more imaginative?
